Cyber Security Engineer – Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

Your Day-to-Day

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer specializing in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) with deep expertise in Rockwell Automation ControlLogix platforms. You will design and implement cutting-edge security solutions for industrial control systems, directly contributing to safe and reliable energy supply.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design, implement and maintain cybersecurity controls for ICS environments focused on Rockwell ControlLogix systems
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for industrial networks
• Develop and enforce security policies aligned with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443 and related frameworks
• Monitor, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents within ICS environments
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure secure system architectures
• Implement network segmentation, firewalls and IDS/IPS tailored to production networks
• Manage patches and firmware updates for PLCs, HMIs and network devices
• Provide training and consultancy on ICS cybersecurity best practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer or Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2 years in ICS environments
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell ControlLogix, Studio 5000 and related hardware
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC)
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting industrial network equipment
• Familiarity with ICS cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and SIEM platforms
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
