As Data Product Manager you will continuously advance your data product and communicate its value to all business units across Siemens Energy, driving adoption of data and analytics.

How You Shape the Energy Transition

● Develop data products and execute projects using lean/agile practices to prioritize business needs and solve stakeholder challenges.

● Act as the primary contact for product-related topics, coordinate escalations and ensure rapid issue resolution.

● Optimize product development with deep business-process know-how and craft a clear vision, mission and strategy for your product.

● Build and manage roadmaps for product development and delivery, overseeing implementation and progress.

● Steer KPIs/metrics, coordinate end-to-end delivery teams and prioritize requirements by business value.

● Document and transparently share methods, processes and project results on a regular basis.

What You Bring

● Solid knowledge of agile software development (Scrum and Lean) and project management combined with excellent analytical skills.

● Proven track-record in optimizing business processes through innovative thinking and challenging the status quo.

● Change-management expertise, understanding of transformation principles and strong product knowledge.

● Strong customer focus, ability to grasp and translate technical requirements into viable solutions.

● Confident communication in global, multicultural teams; industry experience is a plus.
