You own the development and implementation of novel adsorption process concepts for Climeworks solid sorbent based DAC technology, aiming at enhancing overall productivity, efficiency and reliability of current and future DAC plants.
You support targeted measurement campaigns, from lab scale to mid-scale, to assist in the development and validation of Climeworks advanced modeling capabilities for phenomenological and dynamic models application.
You work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams with expertise in testing, material development, sorbent structure design, material characterization, data science, to support the design of experiments, performance validation, and scale-up activities.
You conduct single- and multi-objective techno-economic optimization studies of adsorption/desorption process design parameters
You collaborate with internal and external partners to further increase the fundamental understanding of Climeworks DAC process and complement Climeworks own R&D activities.
You generate new ideas and concept to improve Climeworks IP portfolio. You stay abreast of all new relevant technological development in the field and provide competitive assessment.
