Tasks & Responsibilities

• Integrate security across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Conduct risk assessments for software projects and IT systems
• Continuously improve and automate development processes
• Support code reviews and security scanning within QA
• Analyse and digitalise business processes in energy trading
• Translate business requirements into clear IT specifications
• Plan and document application landscapes and interfaces
• Design and implement AI-supported workflows

Profile & Requirements

Education:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, energy economics or similar

Professional skills:

• Proven experience in IT security, secure development and software testing
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, Docker/Kubernetes and agile methods
• Ability to understand complex IT systems and their security implications
• Project management experience, ideally with Jira

Personal strengths:

• Strong communication and teamwork across departments
• Analytical, structured thinking and high sense of ownership

Languages:

• Fluent German and English
