University: HWR Berlin

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)

Holiday: 36 days per year

Salary:

• 1st year: €1,550.00
• 2nd year: €1,650.00
• 3rd year: €1,750.00
• + Christmas and holiday bonus (from year 1)

• 4 practical phases in the Super Natur Market: shelf stocking, cashiering and customer consulting as well as store management and staff leadership
• 2 practical phases at the Alnatura Campus in Darmstadt: freely selectable company areas such as product or assortment management, marketing, finance or logistics
• Theater workshop Adventure Culture
• Plus: practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
