Electrical Installation Manager (m/f/d) for HVDC Construction Sites

Your scope of duties
As Site Manager for Electrical Installation you will lead national and international HVDC construction sites in the Grid Technology division. You ensure timely, high-quality installation work within contract and budget while complying with all HSE regulations.

• Overall responsibility for organizing, executing and monitoring electrical installation work and the contractual scope of subcontractors
• Ensuring HSE-compliant site activities in accordance with local regulations
• Controlling installation progress, schedule tracking and countermeasures in case of delays
• Continuous cost control and proactive claims management
• Site reporting for the assigned scope of work

Your qualifications

• Completed degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in turnkey/EPC business, preferably large-scale plants (substations, HVDC)
• Knowledge as HSE and/or SiGeko coordinator advantageous
• Willingness to take ownership until project handover
• Negotiation-level German and good English, intercultural competence
• Readiness for worldwide business trips and long-term assignments (6-8 months)
