Job Description

• Create and, if necessary, correct customer invoices in close cooperation with Customer Service and Accounting
• Verify and maintain customer data from various sources to ensure smooth processes for customers and Enpal
• Carry out billing and payment runs and perform manual system corrections
• Continuously improve existing workflows
• Tackle challenges calmly and find pragmatic solutions

Qualifications

• Trustworthy handling of sensitive customer data
• Quick comprehension, self-reliant and structured working style
• Able to stay on top of several parallel tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident with MS Office; experience with Wilken and Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Experience in the energy sector, invoice processing or back-office operations is welcome – career changers welcome!
