Your day-to-dayAs an HRBP you will join the Latin America HR team and act as a strategic partner to the business areas, aligning people decisions with corporate strategy. You will support leaders on talent management, succession, development, compensation and engagement, implement global policies, foster an inclusive environment and drive a high-performance culture.
Your key responsibilities- Strategic consulting to senior leaders on organizational design and people decisions
- Talent-cycle management: performance, succession and compensation, focusing on high potentials
- Adaptation and execution of global HR policies while ensuring local compliance
- Leading the Inclusion & Diversity agenda, strengthening a culture of belonging
- Monitoring people KPIs to propose improvements in retention, climate and productivity
What we look for- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or related fields
- Solid experience as HRBP or internal HR consultant, preferably in global companies
- Knowledge of talent management, succession, compensation and labor legislation
- Advanced English; Spanish will be a plus
- Strong influence, negotiation and change-management skills
- Desirable experience with HR systems and data analytics
