Digital Solutions is the business area responsible for all IT at Vestas Wind Systems A/S. This includes strategic roadmaps, business engagement and requirements gathering, project implementation, infrastructure operations, service integration with vendors, and end-user support.

The product area Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain is responsible for products and services across these functions. This includes traditional SAP areas such as MM, PP, SD and TM, as well as process-automation technologies.

Vestas is investing in supply chain planning technologies and specifically looking to implement SAP eSPP in the Service Supply Chain. We are seeking someone to lead this development and ensure the solution is implemented and used effectively.

You will join a team of experienced IT specialists and architects who advise the business on IT roadmaps. Digital Solutions owns the architecture and ensures quality and full utilization of the digital backbone.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions that support business requirements
• Lead implementation architecture activities from business idea to sign-off, including requirements gathering, solution design, and quality assurance
• Ensure alignment and governance of the IT roadmap for the Service Planning product

Qualifications

The qualifications below are preferred, but we also aim to hire and develop our people

• Experience with SAP SPP/eSPP, including design, configuration, and implementation
• Relevant education in supply chain, engineering, computer science, or related field
• Knowledge and practical experience with integration points between SPP/eSPP and other SAP modules, including SD and MM
• Experience with S/4 HANA is beneficial
• Proficiency in SAP solution configuration and design
