The Process Engineering Department is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects that support blade manufacturing. The team ensures that all process documentation is accurate and up to date, supports project implementation, and promotes continuous improvement through structured engineering practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the department plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and innovation in production processes 

Responsibilities 

• Create and execute project work plans, adjusting as needed to meet changing requirements
• Prepare schedules and forecast resources for technical activities and projects
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ensure completion according to plan
• Control and maintain technical documentation for new project start-up and implementation
• Act as a liaison between project managers and technical disciplines
• Monitor project progress and report status to management, including monthly updates
• Assist in preparing engineering project proposals and manage vendor performance when required 

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (specific discipline not stated, but relevant to manufacturing)
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AutoCAD (highly desirable)
• Structured and methodical approach
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
