About the Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead on-the-ground marketing in the Austin metro area—our newest market. Sitting at the intersection of brand, community, and growth, you will own localized campaigns that excite people about Zipline drone delivery and drive community adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Austin field-marketing plan aligned with national brand and growth priorities
• Plan regional events, partnerships, and activations that showcase Zipline’s impact
• Collaborate with key local partners to co-create programs and amplify shared-impact stories
• Launch creative pop-ups, demos, and experiential events that make Zipline tangible
• Build a network of passionate advocates—from customers to community champions
• Measure program performance, report results, and refine tactics continuously
• Partner with central marketing, comms, and ops for consistency and scalability

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years marketing experience, including 2+ in field, experiential, or event marketing (tech, mobility, or logistics a plus)
• Proven track record executing local campaigns with measurable impact
• Strong project-management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Passion for Zipline’s mission and curiosity about technology that improves real-world outcomes

Location: Austin, TX

Compensation: Starting base salary of USD 90,000–120,000 per year plus variable and long-term components (equity, bonuses, benefits)
