Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
