Store Manager (m/f/d) – Greater Hamburg Area

Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Duty and holiday scheduling
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventory counts
• Correct product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring the store always looks immaculate

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and have a good sense for customer needs
• First experience in leading a team (e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy)
• Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
