Your responsibilities

• Leadership and development of your store team
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out regular stock-takes
• Merchandising and range care according to organic standards
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic products and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoy selling and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility
