Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a good sense of customer needs
• Initial leadership experience in the food sector, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and high sense of responsibility
