Finance Team Lead
Vestas Shared Service Center – Manila

Lead an 8-12-member Controlling & Reporting team inside Vestas’ Global Finance Shared Service Center and drive standardisation, efficiency and quality across our financial processes.

Responsibilities

• People & performance management: allocate work, coach staff and guarantee on-time, error-free financial deliverables (Record-to-Report, Cash Management, Intercompany, Fixed Assets)
• Act as primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders; solve issues within agreed SLAs
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and implement corrective & continuous-improvement actions
• Enforce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and internal controls
• Partner with Regional Finance, other SSC teams and Group Finance on projects, audits and ad-hoc requests
• Handle administrative tasks (shift planning, leave, overtime, onboarding, training, appraisals)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent; CPA / CMA welcome
• 5–8 years finance experience, preferably in a Shared Services or BPO environment
• 3–5 years leadership track-record with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong ERP skills (SAP) and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder-management skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
