Your responsibilities as Director of Partner Success

  • Develop a clear vision and strategy for partners by identifying potentials and setting ambitious growth targets.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and identify solutions as well as revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and derive concrete measures that improve quality, efficiency and growth of services.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and service expansions to increase annual partner revenues.
  • Create data-driven business cases and present our platform across various mobility segments.
  • Advise partners on regional transit planning and identification of suitable funding models.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in account management, sales or consulting, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, even in critical situations.
  • Enjoy analyzing complex data sets and deriving simple, actionable recommendations.
  • High commercial negotiation skills and reliable, self-driven working style.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Compensation

  • Salary range: USD 160,000-200,000 (annual gross, plus variable comp & equity)
