You will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, growing multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Handling and coordination of claims
  • Involving the relevant stakeholders primarily CIM Project Managers and Global Procurement
  • Keeping a holistic view as well as status of the claims in CIM
  • Maintain progress of the claims
  • Report status to management and other relevant stakeholders
  • Secure that the Claim process in Vestas Process Portal is accurate and cooperate with process owner to get updates implemented
  • Status meetings with program managers from CIM, Procurement, Quality and Legal
  • Updating financial status on a monthly basis for communication on claim potential and realization
  • Understanding of Purchase Agreement (PA) limitation, possibilities, and additional PA amendments
  • Making sure that once a claim settlement is signed, that it is handed over to CIM Implementation for further execution/implementation on the affected components and population
  • Interfacing and communicating with stakeholders
  • Responsible for handling financial aspects of the case
  • You will work closely with Finance/CIM Warranty, Global Procurement, Supplier Quality (Global and Regional), CIM Program Directors, Project Managers and Technical Leads, Implementation and Legal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with 8+years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards is essential to ensure compliance
  • High level of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • You are customer and result oriented and possess good cooperation, execution and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are important for preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • A genuine sense of ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information responsibly
  • Experience from international business preferred

  • The ability to keep and maintain portfolio overview
  • The ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations
  • Effectively communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders and collaborating with team members
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software
  • Identifying financial issues and developing solutions to address them
  • Understanding the broader business context and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals
  • Maintaining integrity and ethical standards in financial practices
  • Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Being flexible and focused in financial regulations and market conditions
