Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant Organic Food – Lüdenscheid 2026

Start your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarket in Lüdenscheid in 2026. You will rotate through every store department – from the sales floor, cheese & bakery counters to the bistro and back office. Together with the team you handle goods receipt, storage, checkout and expert advice on organic products. You actively contribute to promotions and seasonal displays.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and labelling our organic food attractively
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Managing ordering, goods-in, quality checks and storage
• Supporting advertising campaigns and sales promotions

• Solid school-leaving certificate (intermediate level)
