Energy Specialist

Octopus Energy is looking for an Energy Specialist to join our Ascoli Piceno office on a full-time, in-person basis.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer support by phone, email and occasionally face-to-face. Acting as the single point of contact, you will own each customer journey end-to-end—no call transfers between departments. Day-to-day you will solve billing, supply and sustainability queries while helping the business scale across Italy.
