As Expansion & Sales Manager (all genders) you identify and acquire new sites for our cabin lodges, build a reliable partner network and manage project developments from initial screening to opening. You oversee building and regulatory approval processes, develop sales structures for marketing and selling existing and new cabins and open up new markets across Germany and Europe. You will create market analyses, site evaluations and profitability calculations and coordinate international teams from Legal, Operations and Finance.
You hold a degree or vocational training (e.g. real estate, business administration, architecture, law), bring first experience in real-estate, project development, expansion or sales, enjoy negotiation and speak fluent German and business English. Interest in permitting and public building law, willingness to travel and a class B driving license are required.
