Your responsibilities

Leadership & Control

• Lead, coach and develop your team, create schedules and recruit new staff.
• Manage the store profitably, monitor KPIs, plan orders and conduct inventories.

Customer & team inspiration

• Support individual growth and foster a friendly store atmosphere.
• Assist on the sales floor and at checkout to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Your profile

• Commercial retail apprenticeship plus first leadership experience
• Passion for food retail and customer consultation
• Enthusiasm for organic quality and sustainability
• Customer focus, flexibility, initiative and team spirit
