Join Siemens Energy as a GenAI Engineer and help transform how our engineers interact with technical documentation, tools, and design & manufacturing processes. Working with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will consult domain experts and apply advanced AI techniques to solve real-world problems—directly improving process quality, cutting costs and boosting efficiency in the energy sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and implement document-processing pipelines that structure complex technical documentation for rapid retrieval.
• Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to synthesise accurate information from large repositories.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Create evaluation frameworks that measure and improve the accuracy of multi-agent AI systems.
• Introduce guardrails and validation mechanisms to ensure outputs meet engineering standards and governance rules.
• Drive continuous improvement through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and experimentation with agent-orchestration patterns.

What You Bring

• Degree in computer science, machine learning or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic workflow frameworks, unstructured-data processing and RAG architectures.
• Strong hands-on Python skills and ability to debug and optimise complex AI systems.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning and techniques that improve model outputs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills; agile mindset for managing multiple projects.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (~25 %), mainly within Central Europe.
