Internship / Working Student / Bachelor’s or Master’s Thesis Student (m/f/d) – Logistics Controlling

Your opportunity: Discover logistics through the lens of data, processes and projects. You will take on responsible controlling tasks and help us improve our logistics operations – as an intern, working student, or while writing your thesis.

Your tasks

• Analyse and prepare logistics KPIs for intra- and transport-logistics at our headquarters in Toepen and in the regions
• Create weekly capacity reports and performance dashboards
• Collect and validate data, coordinate interfaces with operational logistics departments
• Co-develop Power-BI dashboards and optimise existing KPIs
• Monitor projects for time, cost and quality (e.g. empties management, warehouse route optimisation)
• Compare actual vs. planned figures and derive improvement actions
• Build a multi-project controlling system for logistics

Your profile

• Ongoing degree in business, logistics, controlling or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with numbers
• Proficient in MS Office; first experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) is a plus
• Self-starter, team-player and high sense of ownership
