Project Lead Wallbox (m/f/d)

Your role

As Project Lead Wallbox you assume full business ownership for our newly established EV-charging unit. Reporting directly to the divisional director, you steer the business end-to-end – without a large hierarchy, yet with clear functional leadership of Installation, Dispatch and Customer Support.

Your responsibilities

• P&L accountability, quality and scalability of the wallbox business
• Define, track and act on KPIs to optimise performance and growth
• Design and continuously improve end-to-end processes via SLAs and KPI governance
• Functionally lead operational teams (no direct reports) and solve recurrent issues
• Act as main contact for B2B clients, translating requirements into operational standards
• Manage tender processes and ensure contractual delivery

Your profile

• Several years’ experience in building or running technical B2B service models
• Proven excellence in process design and operational control
• Comfortable influencing without formal authority in matrix structures
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical engineering / e-mobility / installation business
• Highly analytical yet pragmatic mindset
• Entrepreneurial drive and high sense of ownership
