Senior Quality Engineer

Your Day-to-Day

As Senior Quality Engineer you are the country-wide quality champion for Siemens Energy, steering QA/QC processes across projects and manufacturing. You lead audits, manage the management system, coordinate training and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as national quality ambassador; lead regional core initiatives
• Monitor and implement current codes, standards and management systems
• Train all personnel on quality requirements of the integrated system
• Ensure timely distribution of quality information to relevant stakeholders
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits; track corrective actions to closure
• Align QMS with global, business and regional standards; perform gap analyses
• Manage non-conformance lifecycle: reporting, root-cause analysis, CAPA, effectiveness checks
• Provide accurate, complete and on-time quality reporting (Power BI)
• Leverage Lean, Six-Sigma and digitalization for continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical/process engineering or quality management; master’s beneficial
• Several years of hands-on QA/QC experience, preferably in energy or oil-&-gas
• Solid command of NC management, root-cause analysis and CAPA
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certificate; EHS audit experience a plus
• Sound knowledge of quality standards and integrated management systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with Lean/Six-Sigma and Power BI
• Strong communication and leadership skills
