Your responsibilities

Take responsibility

• Together with the store manager, run our Super Natur Market profitably.
• Be the first point of contact for your team.
• Plan and control KPIs, inventories and product ordering.
• Prepare duty rosters and, with the store manager, recruit new staff.

Share enthusiasm

• Support the personal and professional development of your colleagues.
• Work actively on the shop floor and create a friendly atmosphere for our customers.

Your profile

• Leadership experience and commercial retail training; career changers welcome.
• Passion for advising customers and selling food.
• Friendly, motivated, flexible and customer-oriented.
• Enthusiasm for organic food.
