Team Lead PV Project Management (m/f/d) Cologne

Project Management
  • Lead the disciplinary and technical guidance of the regional PV project team (senior, midlevel and junior PMs, working students) and support complex case resolution
  • Manage your own PV projects while remaining operationally active
  • Plan, control and assure quality of PV tenant-electricity projects; take responsibility for the team’s targets
  • Support project managers in customer and subcontractor communication as well as in technically demanding situations
  • Monitor process and installation quality and adhere to quality, process and budget guidelines
  • Coordinate closely with the head of department on prioritization, capacity planning and continuous improvement of tools and processes
  • Several years of experience in PV project management (rooftop PV, multi-family or single-family houses, tenant electricity) with strong knowledge of regulations and technical feasibility
  • Proven ability to steer projects, familiarity with construction workflows and collaboration with electrical and PV contractors
  • Confident communication with customers and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards and team spirit
  • Pragmatic decision-making under uncertainty, self-driven and solution-oriented work style
  • Willingness for regular presence in our Cologne office and travel to construction sites; Class B driving license required
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
