Technical Surveyor (m/f/d) PV & Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Riederich

• Independently perform heat-load calculations and create project documentation after structured onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate customer appointments for technical data collection and support consultations.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries by email and phone as first point of contact for technical questions.
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Take full project coordination responsibility for heat-pump and photovoltaic systems.

• Vocational training or degree in energy, building or environmental engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in energy technology, ideally with heat pumps or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
• Self-reliant, structured working style, strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for the energy transition, customer focus and willingness to learn.
