Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (requirement: min. A-levels/vocational baccalaureate)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Practical experience on organic farm or in organic production facility
  • Comprehensive organic & Alnatura range knowledge
  • Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
• 1-year further training as Retail Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Retail” (year 3)
• Instructor authorisation according to AEVO (year 3)
