Job Description

• As Analyst Strategy & Growth you will drive strategic growth projects under Maxim Dick (CGO & Co-Founder)
• Own mission-critical work end-to-end: design, plan and roll out cross-functional programmes
• Partner with teams and senior leadership to spot growth levers, craft concrete initiatives and execute them autonomously

Qualifications

• Top-tier Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or natural sciences
• Up to 1 year relevant experience (start-up, consulting, VC or fast-paced analytical setting) – top performer in your cohort
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management
• Relentless quality standards, high sense of ownership and fluent German & English
