Electrical Site Manager Sursee (f/m/d)

Extent: 80% - 100%

Your responsibilities

• Take responsibility for electrical installations in building-services projects (residential, agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings).

• Lead and coordinate large-scale construction projects, motivate your assigned team and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Manage installation materials, create digital work reports and measurements using state-of-the-art IT tools.

• Support project management in cost control, service invoicing and customer documentation.

• Keep your installation expertise in sustainable fields such as e-mobility, solar and heat pumps up to date and deepen it through internal training.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician EFZ with several years of professional experience.

• Ideally additional technical training and experience in leading teams.

• Valid category B driving licence.

• You approach challenges independently and with a structured, responsible mindset.
