Your responsibilities

Leadership & accountability

• Lead, develop and schedule your team; recruit new staff independently
• Manage the Super-Natur market for economic success; control relevant KPIs, inventories and orders

Share enthusiasm

• Support the personal and professional growth of your team members
• Work actively on the shop floor and create a warm atmosphere for customers

Your profile

• First leadership experience and completed commercial apprenticeship in retail
• Passion for advising and selling food
• Friendliness, commitment, motivation, flexibility and strong customer focus
• Enthusiasm for organic food
