How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for experienced technicians to serve as Team Lead for our rotational shifts. Get ready to be at the core of our Major Component Replacement Projects (MCRs) at wind farms, where you'll play a vital part in boosting the resilience and performance of our energy installations. Beyond these projects, you’ll also be the backbone of continuous service operations across the country, ensuring our turbines run smoothly and efficiently. The job will include, but not be limited to:

  • Supervision and Execution of Work: Oversee, conduct, and actively participate in the replacement of main components—including gearboxes, generators, bearings, and blades—ensuring safe and efficient execution in compliance with regulations.
  • Lead Technician Role: Act as the Lead Technician for major component replacements, collaborating with local operational teams to ensure clear and coordinated communication.
  • Ongoing Service Activities: Participate in ongoing service activities across the country and the CEE region between scheduled MCR (Major Component Replacements) to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
  • Rotational Work Schedule: Work according to a rotational schedule—14 days on, followed by 14 days off, with 12-hour workdays. This requires a willingness to travel primarily within Poland and occasionally to other regions of Northern and Central-Eastern Europe.
  • Collaboration with Heavy Lift Supervisor: Work closely with the Heavy Lift Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of MCR.
  • Team Development: Play a crucial role in the development and success of the newly formed team of 14 technicians, directly reporting to the Field Resource Manager.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection at all stages of projects.

In this role, you’ll ensure our wind farms operate at their best—helping us continue to provide sustainable, clean energy for the future. Ready to work big, travel to beautiful locations, and make a real impact? We're excited to see what you bring to our team!

What you need to make a difference

We are looking for the following profile and qualifications to join our team in Poland:

  • Commitment to Safety: An unconditional commitment to maintaining safety standards and adhering to environmental, health, and safety protocols is mandatory.
  • Team Collaboration: A strong team spirit is essential to support the development of a new team of 14 technicians and to work effectively with supervisors and project managers.
