We are looking for a Project Manager Digitalization with an experience of 10+ years to join Project Engineering in our Offshore Execution business unit. The role will be part of the strategic department PMO, within Project Engineering. This role requires a blend of excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, requirements management processes and tool set-up experience and the ability to plan and execute digitalization initiatives.

The Project Manager Digitalization will collaborate with various stakeholders within Project Engineering to understand their business needs in the context of digitalization and translate them into implementable solutions into our tools and process landscape.

Your responsibilities will among others cover

  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, organization, decision making and time management skills and work with cross-functional teams in Project Engineering.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, including presentations of the developed solutions at different stages.
  • Ownership on the digitalization portfolio ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to internal customers incl. incorporating feature requests into digital solutions.
  • Identify and manage requirements to groom and prioritize feature backlog and its development along defined acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the agile development of digital solutions and support their development.
  • Providing vision and direction to developers and stakeholders throughout the projects to produce accurate tools and features and manage the transition from analysis through to design and solutions.
  • Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of the business area.

What you need to make a difference

  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.in computer science, engineering, or related field and combined with minimum 10 years of experience from the wind power industry or comparable industry.
  • You have proven experience in proactively managing many different stakeholders and interfaces, internally as well as externally in the context of digitalization.
  • As a person you are open minded, positive, proactive and self-determined. You take responsibility for your projects.
  • You are familiar with working in an international environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
  • Regular presence in our office must be expected to be part of the role.
