Sales & Growth Associate (f/m/d) – Heartbeat

We combine regional craft with scalable software and integrate solar, battery storage, heat pumps and e-mobility into one virtual power plant. By 2030 we aim to convert 1.5 million households to renewable energy.

Your responsibilities

• Shape the build-up of our new digital sales unit
• Analyse customer data, test hypotheses and derive concrete optimizations for digital sales
• Daily video calls with qualified leads – no cold calling
• Work closely with CRO, Operations and Product to advance Heartbeat and tariff offerings
• Inspire private homeowners for Heartbeat & dynamic electricity tariffs
• Lift your sales skills to high-potential level in record time

Your profile

• First experience in startups, venture capital, consulting or other high-pace environments
• Structured work style, quick comprehension, genuine interest in customers and energy innovation
• Drive for personal and professional growth and desire for early responsibility
• Strong communication skills, structure and authentic interest in customer needs
• Happy to work independently while valuing great teamwork
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and joy in dealing with people – no deep tech or sales expertise required
