Sales Manager Smart Energy Systems (m/f/d) – 1KOMMA5° Augsburg

Your responsibilities

• Advise and sell our full product portfolio – PV, storage, heat pump, wallbox, energy-management system Heartbeat – to residential and small commercial customers.
• Independently plan and conduct customer appointments, consultations and quotations.
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° Group – you focus on advising and closing.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signature and collaborate closely with project coordination and site management for smooth handover and successful project completion.
• Actively shape the continuous improvement of our sales processes in your region.

Your profile

• High sales motivation or existing experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally photovoltaics and/or heat pumps.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and transparent customer consultation at eye level.
• Basic technical understanding with the ability to explain complex contexts in simple terms.
• Willingness to keep learning in a fast-moving industry.
• Passion for meaningful work and sustainable energy solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken German.
