Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources

We are 2,300 dedicated specialists in maintenance, repair, improvement and inspection of wind turbines. Worldwide we service 7,600 wind farms and actively drive the energy transition. To strengthen our HR team at our Ostenfeld site (near Husum) we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources (10–20 hrs/week) starting immediately.

Your profile:

• Studying business administration, occupational psychology, social sciences or similar, ideally with focus on HR
• Interest in all-round HR topics – recruiting and employee support
• Structured, independent working style; confident use of MS Office
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, high motivation and commitment

Your tasks:

• Support daily HR operations – focus on employee support and recruiting
• Maintain and ensure quality of HR and applicant data; administrative HR duties
• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions within our qualification process
• Active involvement in applicant management and insight into recruiting processes
• Participation in varied HR projects
