1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s leading energy software platform Heartbeat and creating a virtual power plant that links PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers. We maximise the return on every system while serving as a one-stop shop for climate-neutral energy solutions. Via Heartbeat we connect households and businesses worldwide to the power market—delivering the cheapest and greenest tariff, always.

Your mission

• Happy Calls: Conduct structured satisfaction calls with existing customers, systematically collect feedback and derive optimisations for after-sales processes and marketing campaigns.
• Events: Plan and host local customer events, manage on-site conversations independently and develop fresh campaign ideas.
• Cross-site collaboration: Work with 50+ branches nationwide and gain deep insight into a fast-growing climate tech company.

Your profile

• Enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters, available 15–20 h/week, ideally based in Berlin
• Fluent German (native level) for confident customer communication
• Strong communicator, persuasive and comfortable on the phone
• High initiative, ready to take ownership and passionate about the energy transition
