Application Expert for Employment Conditions

Your Role in a Nutshell

Siemens Energy is reshaping its HR systems landscape and building a central library for employment contract templates and clauses (Employment Condition Library, ECL). As a specialist you will own this library: maintain content, ensure compliance and quality, and act as the functional consultant for HR and IT colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Map employment document content to technical components in the system
• Create and maintain clauses and templates in the ECL aligned with system and business requirements
• Implement changes due to legal updates or business needs; coordinate approval workflows
• Keep data attributes and rules in the system and data catalogue up to date
• Configure variables and conditional logic for accurate contract generation
• Quality assurance: review layout, accuracy and compliance of templates and generated documents
• 1st-level support for HR users, maintain FAQ repository
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas and collaborate with the application team
• Conduct user-acceptance tests for new functionalities
• Maintain operational documentation and best-practice guides

Your Profile

• Experience with HR or document management systems, IT affinity and data-driven mindset
• Strong eye for detail and passion for quality checks
• Self-management and ownership with clear escalation paths
• Strong communication skills towards business stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTables)
• Understanding of logical operators and syntax; ability to analyse complex business rules
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
