Apprenticeship Retail Management (m/f/d) Organic Food (2026) – Munich Humboldtstraße

During the three-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will get to know every department – from goods receipt to advising our customers. You will take responsibility for product presentation, checkout operations and promotional activities while working closely with the cheese, bakery, bistro and back-office teams.

Your tasks:

• attractive presentation of organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• operating the cash register and balancing the till
• implementing marketing campaigns
• organising ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• supporting seasonal promotions and product placements

Your profile:

• good school-leaving certificate, preferably middle school diploma
• enjoy working with people and strong service orientation
• excellent manners, pronounced team spirit
• commitment, reliability and interest in organic and natural products
