Retail Management Apprenticeship – Ravensburg (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and quality control to expert customer advice and checkout. You will present organic foods attractively, give knowledgeable advice on natural products, organise orders and actively support promotional and seasonal campaigns. From day one you will be part of the team and quickly take responsibility for smooth operations.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of our organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer advice
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Implementation of promotions and campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with seasonal displays and sales promotions

What you bring

• At least a good secondary-school leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team skills
• High service orientation and good manners
• Commitment, reliability and interest in organic products
