Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Königsbrunn (2026)

During the 3-year apprenticeship as a certified retail sales assistant (m/f/d), you will rotate through every section of our organic supermarket – from inbound goods and inventory to checkout, customer advice, and promotional activities. You will learn how to present high-quality organic food attractively, advise customers competently and support day-to-day store operations. You quickly become familiar with the produce, cheese, bakery, bistro and back office departments and turn into a reliable member of our team.

Your tasks:

• Eye-catching presentation of organic products
• Customer service and professional advice
• Receiving, storage and preparation of goods
• Cashier duties and till reconciliation
• Implementing promotions and marketing campaigns
