Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our business growth by identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities, researching market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the buyer journey.This is a fantastic opportunity for any candidate who wants to build a helpful professional network for themselves within the ESG, responsible sourcing and compliance industries. It offers the chance to work alongside and engage industry veterans with massive learning and growth opportunities. Responsibilities:Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadisConducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement) in Target AccountsScheduling qualification meetings for Account ExecutivesSharing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companiesLeveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areasMaintaining activity volume/call volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growthRecording and documenting all activities and communications in Salesforce.com in order to identify trends for improvementLeveraging of social networks for sales opportunities and leads Representation at events

Qualifications

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales and marketing. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to easily connect with others. Specific qualifications for the role include:University degreeAt least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or MarketingCold-calling experienceFull fluency in Nordic Languages: (ideally Swedish / Finish / Danish)  Fluency in EnglishExperience working in Sustainability, ESG, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plusFamiliarity or experience with MEDDPICC methodology is a plusExperience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Zoominfo, or similar Sales technologyAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentHighly motivated, driven and self-startingGood time management with strong organizational skills
