Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

Your responsibilities

• Consult and sell our full product portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, Heartbeat) to single-family homeowners and small businesses in the Hanover area.
• Independently schedule and conduct customer appointments and proposals.
• Work with pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° network.
• Guide customers from initial contact to contract signature and project handover.
• Help improve our sales processes through active contribution.

Your profile

• Sales ambition or experience selling technical products, ideally PV/heat pumps.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and openness in customer interaction.
• Technical understanding with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for sustainability.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
