Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

Your responsibilities

• Provide holistic advice and sell the 1Komma5° product portfolio and the “Heartbeat” energy-management system to residential and small-commercial customers
• Independently schedule customer meetings, create proposals and conduct tailored energy consultations
• Process pre-qualified group leads promptly every day
• Ensure transparent, end-to-end customer communication from first contact to project completion
• Work closely with project coordination and site management to secure successful referrals
• Continuously improve the regional sales process with your ideas

Your profile

• Career starter or experienced sales professional for complex consumer products, ideally PV, storage or heat pumps
• Strong communicator who enjoys individual customer consultation and service
• Technical aptitude to explain sophisticated energy systems in simple terms
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn and passion for the energy transition
• Business-fluent German, spoken and written
