As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will advise and sell our integrated product portfolio – PV, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the Heartbeat energy-management system – to single-family homeowners and small commercial customers across Rügen.

• You independently schedule customer appointments, deliver consultations and prepare tailored offers.
• You proactively acquire new customers via cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, regional events, trade fairs and by building local partnerships with tradespeople, real-estate agents and businesses.
• You expand a sustainable referral network and drive regional growth.
• You accompany customers transparently from first contact to contract signature.
• You collaborate closely with project coordination and construction management to ensure smooth installations.
• You continuously optimise local sales processes.

What you bring:

• Strong sales motivation or proven experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally in PV or heat pumps.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
• Passion for sustainable energy solutions and team spirit.
