High School Graduate Program (m/f/d) - Southern Bavaria Region

From September 2025 we are looking for high-school graduates (m/f/d) to join our three-year graduate program in Southern Bavaria.

Your training at a glance:

• Year 1: vocational training as retail management assistant
• Year 2–3: preparation for the certified retail specialist examination
• Additional qualification: trainer aptitude certificate

Classroom and on-the-job phases alternate every 2–3 months; practical training takes place in Biomarkt stores throughout the region, while theory lessons are held at our vocational school.

• Good A-level / high-school diploma results
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Interest in organic products and sustainable retail
