Retail Merchant Apprenticeship - Frankfurt-Victor-Schlotsch-Straße 2026

During your three-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through all areas of our store. You will learn goods receipt, warehousing, product presentation, customer consulting, cashier processes and the organisation of promotions. A key focus is the comprehensive consultation of our customers on organic products. In addition to sales, you will take responsibility for fruit and vegetable shelves, bakery and cheese counters as well as the bistro. You work closely with the team and ensure smooth operations.

Your tasks:

• Presentation of high-quality organic food according to store standards
• Customer advice and service at the point of sale and at fresh-food counters
• Cashier duties and correct cash reconciliation
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ordering, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Assistance with seasonal placements and assortment changes
