Digital Workplace Service Manager

Your Day with Us

As part of Siemens’ dynamic Digital Core team you will advance the energy transition by securing the digital workplaces and services required for development and production. You will coordinate with regional IT and global service providers, moderate stakeholder meetings with Cybersecurity and HR, and ensure IAM and Digital Workplace projects are delivered on schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and vendor governance for IAM and Digital Workplace
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives with IT leadership and business units
• Monitor and report vendor performance
• Provide technical consultancy on identity and workplace services, tools & processes
• Act as stakeholder or project lead in IAM / DWP projects
• Drive continuous process improvement with operations teams

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in escalation management and vendor governance
• Proven ability to work in global, virtual teams
• Strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels
• ITIL certification advantageous
